The Orrville Zoning Code includes information regarding regulations for all districts within the City corporation limits, parking requirements, permanent and temporary signs, conditional zoning certificates including home occupations, planned unit developments, cluster housing, design review, nonconforming uses, zoning amendments, zoning appeals, and satellite earth stations.

The City of Orrville does NOT require contractors to register with the City of Orrville.

The City of Orrville issues zoning certificates only.  All building and electrical permits are issued by the Wayne County Building Department, 428 West Liberty Street, Wooster OH  44691.  Phone 330-287-5525.
