DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Law shall be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the Orrville City Council. The Director of Law shall be qualified to practice law in the State of Ohio and shall serve as legal counsel to the administrative and legislative branches of the City of Orrville.
