LEGAL NOTICE ORRVILLE CITY COUNCIL

The following legislation was passed at a regular meeting of the Orrville City Council June 1, 2026: 

Resolution 16-26 – A Resolution to establish the classification of Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator III, classified service, of the City of Orrville, Ohio, and repealing all legislation inconsistent herewith.

Ordinance D-26 – An Ordinance amending Chapter 135.04 relating to the Law Enforcement Fund of the Codified Ordinances of Orrville, Ohio, and repealing any legislation inconsistent herewith, and declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 17-26 – A Resolution  authorizing the Board of Control to enter into an agreement and/or agreements, without bidding, for the repair of East Hostetler Road, and declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 18-26 – A Resolution authorizing the Utility Board of Control to enter into a contract, or contracts, without bidding, for the purchase of an advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) metering system for the electric and water utilities, and declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 19-26 – A Resolution authorizing the Utility Board of Control to enter into a contract, or contracts, without bidding, for the purchase of coal for the Orrville Municipal Power Plant, and declaring an Emergency.
