The 2027 PARK RESERVATIONS CALENDAR WILL OPEN ON
NOVEMBER 2, 2026
Orrville City Hall doors will be open at 5 a.m. on November 2nd, 2026, as we begin taking 2027 reservations for the halls and picnic pavilions. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis at the lobby information desk, 207 North Main Street, Orrville, OH 44667. Those waiting in line will be accommodated first. Calls will not be accepted until after those in line have reserved their dates. Lobby doors open at 5 am. Office opens at 7:30 am.
Payment is due at time of reservation. Cash, check, Visa, Discover or MasterCard are accepted. Phone reservations will only be accepted with Visa, Discover or MasterCard payments once the lobby is cleared.

All park reservations are from 6am-midnight day of your rental. NO early or day-before entry permitted. If you feel you need the night before to set up and decorate, you will need to rent that day as well.
No alcohol permitted in the public parks/halls and smoking is prohibited inside the rental halls. No dogs or pets are permitted in the public parks or halls. Please use the dog park for your pets.
