The 2027 PARK RESERVATIONS CALENDAR WILL OPEN ON

NOVEMBER 2, 2026

Orrville City Hall doors will be open at 5 a.m. on November 2nd, 2026, as we begin taking 2027 reservations for the halls and picnic pavilions. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis at the lobby information desk, 207 North Main Street, Orrville, OH 44667. Those waiting in line will be accommodated first. Calls will not be accepted until after those in line have reserved their dates. Lobby doors open at 5 am. Office opens at 7:30 am.

The City authorized a new trash contract with Kimble Recycling & Disposal effective January 1, 2021. There are several upcoming changes that will effect all Orrville customers as follows:

  • The monthly rates are being increased to $15.90 per month. The monthly rate has remained the same for the past five years. The new rate will also remain in effect for five years.
  • There will no longer be a reduced senior citizen rate available.
  • The City's collection date remains on THURSDAY; however, all trash must be set out to the curb by 6:30 am, which is a change.
