Beginning on Tuesday (6/18/24), the City of Orrville will begin repair work of SR 57/S. Main St. in front of Aultman Orrville. Due to the location of the repairs, we will have to reduce traffic to a single lane with flaggers while the work is being performed. The work is expected to take 1-3 days. Please exercise caution when traveling through the work zone.

Beginning on Monday, June 17th, 2024 and extending for a period of 5 days, the City of Orrville will be performing maintenance work on N. Crown Hill Rd. from High St. to Hostetler Rd. to improve the ridability of the road. Flaggers will be present onsite to direct traffic. Travelers may experience a slight delay during this time. Please exercise caution as you travel through the work zone.

The City authorized a new trash contract with Kimble Recycling & Disposal effective January 1, 2021. There are several upcoming changes that will effect all Orrville customers as follows:

  • The monthly rates are being increased to $15.90 per month. The monthly rate has remained the same for the past five years. The new rate will also remain in effect for five years.
  • There will no longer be a reduced senior citizen rate available.
  • The City's collection date remains on THURSDAY; however, all trash must be set out to the curb by 6:30 am, which is a change.
