Regulations and Guidelines FORMS: The City of Orrville operates two cemeteries. Orr Cemetery is the original cemetery started around the 1870s, and is located on the corner of North Mill Street and East Church Street. The current operating cemetery is Crown Hill Cemetery, which was opened in the early 1900s. It is located at the corner of North Crown Hill Road and West High Street. |
